It is used to describe events or states in which, we show express by referring the time that events or states will have been happened in the future or coming time.

Future perfect continuous tense clarification:
Future perfect continuous tense shows the periodic action completed in the future. Read carefully given above sentences “I shall have been playing football. & He will has been writing a letter.” by reading these sentences, we know that “I” (plural noun) “He” & “She” (singular noun) are subjects, and “shall or will have been/will has been” are helping verbs, “playing & writing” are -ing ending forms of the main verbs and “football and letter” are objects. The main verbs “write and play” has been changed into -ing ending forms of the verbs “playing & writing” to use in He will has been writing a letter.
